1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Diyakon System, a church and ministry management software solution provided by Holistic Bible College. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our services, applications, and website. By using Diyakon System, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

02 DEFINITIONS

Provider

Holistic Bible College, including its employees and affiliates.

Diyakon System

The online church and ministry management platform.

User

Any registered church, ministry, or organization using the platform.

Workspace

The virtual environment assigned for your spiritual and administrative activities.

Services

Member management, attendance, tithes, events, and communication tools.

Subscription Fees

Periodic payments required for continued access.

3. USER ELIGIBILITY

Only registered tenants (churches/ministries) are eligible.
Representatives must be duly authorized by their organization.

4. ACCOUNT SECURITY

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.

Sharing, selling, or disclosing login credentials to unauthorized persons is strictly prohibited.

5. SERVICE USAGE

Users must use Diyakon System in a lawful, ethical, and ministry-honoring manner. Fraudulent activities or impersonation harm the integrity of the Body of Christ and are prohibited.

6. PAYMENT TERMS

All payments must be made on time according to your plan. Late payments may result in temporary suspension. Fees are generally non-refundable.

8. PRIVACY & DATA

We comply with Ethiopia's Data Privacy Proclamation. Data is not shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Ethiopia in accordance with Ethiopian arbitration rules.
