Getting Started

How do I get started with Diyakon Software?
Getting started is easy! Simply click 'Start Free' on our homepage, create an account with your email, and follow the setup wizard to configure your church profile. The wizard will guide you through adding your church details, setting up your first members, and configuring key features.
Is there a free trial available?
Yes! We offer a free tier that includes basic features for small churches. You can use Church Central Cloud at no cost to get started, and upgrade to paid plans as your church grows and needs more advanced features.
How long does setup take?
Most churches complete basic setup in under 30 minutes. This includes configuring your church profile, adding initial members, and setting up services.
Can I import existing member data?
Absolutely! We support CSV imports for member data, giving records, and other information. Our import wizard helps map your existing data fields to Church Central Cloud fields, making migration seamless.

What features are included in Church Central Cloud?
Our platform includes member management, attendance tracking, giving & pledges, expense management, groups & fellowships, event management, children's church check-in, counseling scheduling, volunteer management, communications (email & SMS), reporting & analytics, sermon management, and much more.
Does Church Central Cloud work on mobile devices?
Yes! Church Central Cloud is a Progressive Web App (PWA) that works beautifully on all devices. You can install it directly on your phone or tablet from your browser—no app store required.
Can I manage multiple branches or campuses?
Absolutely! Multi-campus support is a core feature. Each branch can operate independently while headquarters maintains full visibility and control across all locations.
Is there an API for custom integrations?
Enterprise plan customers have access to our API for custom integrations. Contact our sales team to discuss your specific integration needs.

Member Management

How do members access the system?
Members can access their church portal through a unique URL. They register with email/password and can view their giving history, register for events, join groups, and book counseling.
Can members update their own profiles?
Yes! Members can update their contact information and communication preferences through the member portal. Admins can control which fields members can edit.
How does the visitor follow-up system work?
When visitors register, the system automatically creates follow-up tasks and sends welcome emails. You can track visitors through the new member pipeline with automated reminders.

Security & Privacy

How is our church data protected?
We implement enterprise-grade security including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, multi-tenant data isolation, and regular security audits.
Are you GDPR compliant?
Yes! We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other major regulations. Members can request data export or deletion, and you have full control over retention policies.
Where is our data stored?
Data is stored in secure, SOC 2 Type II compliant data centers. We maintain regular backups with 30-day retention and geographic redundancy.
Who has access to our church data?
Only authorized users within your church can access your data. Church Central Cloud staff cannot access your data without explicit permission for support purposes.
