3 How We Use Information

To provide and improve Diyakon services, manage secure access, and send vital service updates. We process data to detect fraud and ensure the security of your ministry's digital assets.

4 Security Measures

We implement TLS/SSL encryption for data in transit, AES-256 for data at rest, secure password hashing, and Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC).

7 Your Privacy Rights

Under Ethiopia’s Data Privacy Proclamation, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data. You may also request data portability or object to specific processing.

8 Data Retention

Data is retained while your account is active. Upon termination, we hold data for 30 days for recovery purposes before permanent deletion.

10 Children's Privacy

Diyakon is not directed at children under 13. Administrators managing minor data are responsible for obtaining parental consent per local laws.
